PLANNING & INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS
Planning and Intergovernmental Relations supports the educational success and safety of our students through collaborative planning with school centers, local governments and parents. The department is structured in four functional areas as described below.
Boundaries & Demographics
This section facilitates the boundary change process including the Advisory Boundary Committee. It is also responsible for demographics, enrollment projections, trend analysis, enrollment verification, school boundary assignments and other information related to school and county demographics.
Geographical Information System (GIS)
The Geographical Information System allows Planners and School District administrators the ability to make more efficient and effective decisions regarding District planning. The GIS system provides important support to our school centers and other departments throughout the District.
Intergovernmental Coordination and Real Estate Services
The Intergovernmental Coordination and Real Estate Services Section is responsible for coordination of planning with our local governments and community partners. Our core functional areas are:

- Leasing Services
